Need to put any clickable content or custom clickable image?. An HTML email is the only solution to send hyperlink in email. Most modern email applications allow you to create email messages with graphics, borders and other HTML elements. Have an older version of email client then, upgrade with newer version to attaching hyperlinks and YouTube videos in your messages.

How to Attach video in Gmail
- Open youtube and copy the URL of any video you want to send.
- Paste the URL in your message body and press enter.
- After a second your pasted URL will converted into YouTube video player.
Furthermore, you don’t need to use any special formatting or linking with the URL address.
Video Embed Alternative in Other Email Clients
As mention above most of the email provider do not allow the direct embed of video either not in HTML email as well. Stop sending boring email to the client so they just delete it. You can attach inline image in any of email client. Below is the way you can show your reader a video thumbnail preview.
Image Thumbnail Instead of Video
When your email client not allowing you to attach video, it must allow you to send image. Save a copy of image and create clickable link on it.
- To create a screen shot image of a YouTube image quickly, play the video in full-screen mode and press the “Prt Scr” or “Print Screen” key on your keyboard.
- Go back to your email application and position the mouse cursor where you want the image to appear in the body of the message.
- Press “Ctrl-V” to paste the image into the email. Create a link for the image to the YouTube video page just as you would with any other plain text or image link.
